On Friday 16 November, Newbury College held their annual fancy dress event in aid of Children in Need, with this year's theme being, 'Go Wild'. This day has been the finale of a week of fun activities to raise money for the charity.

Newbury College embarked on a mission to raise as much money as they could for Children in Need. All the different curriculum areas put on fundraising events utilising their skills to entice people to make donation.

The Beauty and Creative Art Students teamed up together to offer nail art and face painting of Pudsey Bear's trademark headband. Foundation Learning ran a competition to create a character using the College logo with the winning design being made into a t-shirt.

Health and Social Care Students put on a cake sale at break time to the hungry crowds with their freshly baked treats. There was also a Children in Need raffle with various prizes ranging from a Christmas hamper to a meal at
Toby Carvery.
