Newbury College will be holding an Open Event on Saturday 16 May, 10am-1pm. As part of the event, current students on the Animal Care course will be running a charity Dog Show raising money for Dogs Trust and RSPCA. Students are looking for Newbury's best dogs to take part.

The Dog Show will be taking place at the College's Monks Lane campus between 10am-12pm where members of the public are invited to spectate and bring along their dogs to take part.

There will be six categories at the competition which include: cutest crossbreed, best behaved, most playful, cutest small / large dog, cutest puppy and the dog that the judges would most like to take home. The winning dog of each category will receive a rosette for their achievements.

To raise funds for the charities there is a charge of £2 to be paid on the day for Dog owners who wish to participate. The College will give dogs owners a set of rules they must abide by on the day.

Please register below for your dog to take part by Saturday 2 May 2015.
