Thursday lunchtime we have a personal trainer coming in called Ben. He is going to put on a great exercise session in the sports hall adapting the session for all fitness levels. So if you are keen to get into exercise for the first time, or it is just another session during your week, your all invited.

If you attend the course then you get a FREE entry into Pretty Muddy which is a fantastic muddy obstacle course, this will give you motivation to come back week on week.
