All week the College will be raising awareness of the importance of looking after your mental health.

The five ways of wellbeing will be focused on each day:

Monday - Connect - talk to your friends/ make a new friend

Tuesday - Learn - the opportunity to learn a new skill

Wednesday - Take notice - opening of the contemplation room

Thursday - Be active - opening of the new college gym

Friday - Give - give a smile/compliment
