As we are approaching the 12 month mark of lockdown being introduced in the UK, we want to recognise the enormous impact that the restrictions have placed on mental health and how you can recover from its effects going forward.

Rehab Clinics Group (part of Step One Recovery UK), a leading provider in addiction and mental health treatment, have discovered that 72% of young people have reported to feeling more stressed and anxious than usual and 41% believe that their future career aspirations and goals now seem impossible.
