Following the successful reopening of College in March, you have been able to experience first hand the importance of testing and how it keeps COVID-19 out of our classrooms.
The Government have outlined why reporting a test result is a crucial part of our fight against COVID-19.
We need to understand the amount of Covid circulating in the (college) community
We cannot get a clear picture of COVID-19 rates within the community if tests are not reported. This includes reporting negative test results, of which most tests are.
Staff and students should share their result, whether void, positive or negative, with Test and Trace to help with contact tracing.
Reporting your result helps the NHS monitor the spread of the virus, combat the virus and save lives. It also enables support to be given to communities across the UK.
