We are looking for experienced Grill / Pizza Chefs to join the brigade at The Taproom and kitchen in West Berkshire Brewery, Yattendon, Berks, RG18 0XT
As we re open our doors we are expanding our dining offer through the summer and beyond. We're already fully booked in all outside areas (500 covers, weather permitting) from 12 April 12, so it's going to be very busy!
Our menu is a mixture of wood fired pizzas, burgers, tacos and a few seasonal pub classics.
All of our food is prepared fresh, in house, every day so we need someone who is a good planner and organiser as well as being able to cook well, work tidy, and keep all the paperwork up to date. You must be confident enough to work by yourself, and co operative enough to work as a team.
Due to our rural location you must have your own transport.
All our chefs have a 4 day working week, so you'll have a great work / life balance and have less commuting time and expense.
